Free shipping for all orders over $75.
Please be aware of the following exceptions:

  1. Orders that contain vape cartridge(s) will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee.
  2. Orders going to AK will be charged a flat $20.00 shipping fee.
  3. Orders going to AK or TX can’t contain vape products.

Order Processing:

Please allow for up to 1-2 business days for processing time. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will usually ship the following Monday (i.e., the next business day).

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season. 

Shipping Methods:

All packages are shipped via UPS or  USPS.

Delivery Times:

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via the email associated with your order. Tracking links may require additional time to “go live” as carriers process your shipment.

We ship from the west coast, so generally speaking orders will arrive sooner on the west vs east coast.

Note: Deliveries to the East Coast, Alaska, and remote locations may take longer. Ground shipping to Alaska can take up to 12 days or longer.

We ship to the address provided by the customer, so ensure the address provided is correct. Address changes are not possible after your order has been shipped. If you notice your address is incorrect contact us immediately and we may be able to correct this on your behalf. If you provide us the wrong address and the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Damaged Or Missing Products/Orders:

In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, wrong flavor(s), etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to [email protected] and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

Lost, Stolen, Misplaced Packaged, and Delays

Once a package has been shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There may be several factors that may affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. 

Lost, damaged or stolen packages are out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping company.
 
If you receive delivery confirmation but are missing the package sometimes it may have been delivered to a neighbor or sometimes the carrier scans the item before it was delivered. Usually, the package will arrive within 24 hours of confirmation in these cases. 

If it was an error on our part such as shipping a package to the incorrect address we will replace your order. However, we may not provide a refund for packages that have a confirmed delivery confirmation. In these cases we check with the shipping provider who can provide exact GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered. If the scan coordinates do not match the customer address then we will provide a replacement package. We may, at our full discretion, provide a complimentary replacement order depending on individual circumstances. 

We are currently unable to ship to the following states/locations:

AR, ID, MN, OR, and RI
All products are Federal Farm Bill Compliant and contain less than 0.3% THC.

We only ship to the United States.


 
Return and Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our hemp products with a 14 day money back guarantee on all unopened products.
If you have opened the vacuum seal bag we will NOT accept the return. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason just contact us with proof of purchase, return the unopened item and we will give you a refund! The return shipping will be at your expense, we will provide the return address upon request.
We will refund the full amount back to the original account you made your purchase from. You will receive the refund within 7 business days after the returned product has been received by Highly. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end. You may still be responsible for 5-7% credit card fees, if they are not returned to us by the credit card provider.
