How Is THCa Cannabis Legal?
The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (commonly known as the Federal Farm Bill) removed cannabis grown as hemp from the governments list of controlled substances on the federal level.
Hemp is defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, officially distinguishing it from illegal or recreational cannabis. What is THCa Live Hash Rosin?
THCa Live Hash Rosin is considered by most to be the highest quality cannabis concentrate available. It is the closest expression of the fully ripe and live plant. Pressed from only the crystalline,oil rich heads of the cannabis trichomes. Ice and water are used to carefully remove the resinous trichomes from freshly harvested and frozen cannabis buds. Trichomes grow on the surface of the cannabis plant’s leaves and flowers. These tiny crystalline structures contain the plant’s THC rich oils and flavorful terpenes. The resulting WPFF 5star full melt bubble hash is then separated from the lower grades of hash and freeze dried.
